Solution: Since the default setting of the video solution on the software is 320 x 240. If you want to config the

quality for the video, you have to go to Video Source by clicking Configure button.
Change to a higher resloution such as 720 x 480. Then, click OK.
   
   
   
Click the power button (lower left corner), select Restart by Last Setting.
