How To Repair a Database |

| Solution: Close all the Multicam main software including view log and Control Conter Server, and run Repair Database Utility. (For more detail, please refer the knowledgebase for how to run Repair Database Utility) |

| 1) Exit the Mutlicam Survilliance System. If you see the icon of Control Center Server still running on the task bar on the lower right corner. You have to double click that icon. |

| 2) Exit the Control Center Server. |
 |
| |
3) It requires you to login with a supervisor ID & password. |
 |

| |
4) Then, run GV Repair Database Ultility on the program list. |
 |
|
| |
5) It requires you to login with a supervisor ID & password again. |
 |
|
| 6) Select cameras for repair database. |
 |
| 7) Click "Use Default Path" button or "Search Harddisk" button to start repairing database. |
